    Right...Somehow it feels WRONG to talk about wine over a post regarding school times..but nevermind, we all grow up at some stage :)

    Now, last nite I've laid my morsels on TAYLOR'S LATE BOTTLED VINTAGE PORT 2001. This lovely drink is from Portugal. On the nose it has a sweet raisin scent. On the palate it is smooth, full bodied and you will enjoy the rich fruity character of this baby.

    Since Christmas is around the corner, I would love to see this tantalizing ruby red GORGEOUS dessert wine on any Christmas dinner.

    My 1st instinct is to accompany this drink with a slice of rich Christmas cake.

    So enjoy cherubs!
